HALL PLACE
Hall Place is the old manor house of Havant, situated in the heart of the town. Just 10 minutes walk to Havant station, just over an hour's journey to the centre of London. Southampton Airport is just 30 minutes distance, a hub for many European connections
Owen founder, Roy Roberts, bought the property in 1980 and completely renovated it in the Georgian style of the period. It houses the 22 (and growing!) talented Owen team.
Built in 1795 it stands on the original site of a previous house dating from the early 1600's. The joined annex which houses the accounts department with the creative studio above is a staff cottage that also dates from the 1600's. The building was purchased from the original family, the Longcrofts, who bought the whole town of Havant from the Bishops of Winchester in the 1300's for less than a Pound!. Owen is only the second owner of this site.
Now completely wired for the digital age, this valuable piece of real estate provides a secure financial foundation for all the Owen enterprises.
