Video & Rich Media are key ingredients in your digital strategy
Rich Media is the name for all material including video that can be used on the web or online via Youtube, webmail, mobile apps and on tablets. With QR codes making access to material easier, video and animated 'shorts' can transform your marketing presence. Moving images are becoming an indispensable communication tool. High quality HD DSLR cameras capture the raw data. We have a team of sound engineers and support staff that can handle the filming of press conferences, product launches, yacht launches, races, regattas and much more.
Our body of work is very extensive. In the marine market we have produced many video films for individual yachts as well as corporate films for shipyards, including full TV features for Royal Huisman, presentation videos for Oceanco plus many others. Non marine video clients include Esso, Exxon, Panasonic and the UK defence industry.
Featured below is a few examples that show the varied applications for video. The Sunsail video illustrates a 'lifestyle' programme for Direct Marketing (DM), Proteksan Turquise used the 'fleet/branding' video for many puposes, on and off line. As a contrast, the FESPA association promotional video was entirely crafted from stock images and archive material. Client 'Regus' (via Hall Place based Livewire IM) has a wide range of requirements for a large series of video pieces including 'disruptive marketing' and static retail presentations as shown here.
Owens also have a high end dedicated digital editing suite in-house with DVD software for more extensive programmes.
Video clips for websites can be produced in various formats and resolution including full HD and 3D. We combine the stills and video shoot which can save time and money.
Corporate videos using a combination of video and animated material plus stock sequences can provide a really low cost sales and marketing tool. One programme can really deliver excellent ROI because it can be modified easily so it fits on mobile media (including tablets),website, webmail blasts, Youtube and in HD the perfect big screen branding piece.
Owen Marine Marketing have been responsible for the marketing, advertising and PR for the Proteksan Turquoise Shipyard, Istanbul, since the beginning of 2010. Their new website produced by Owens has considerable capacity to run video content such as this clip. This short video using rushes from the yard was produced in HD video by our in-house team, including VO and music. It was broadcast on all the screens at the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show and run on the HD screens on- board 'Yogi' at the show. Rich media applications such as smart phones/tablets, are the perfect platform for video content.
